The Grand Canyon...........

Our expectations of the Grand Canyon were those set back in 1987 the last time we visited the south rim, oh my god it has change beyond all recognition. Last time we went there we just drove along a very deserted road and then came upon the canyon in all its glory, the road was rough and parking was anywhere you chose to get out. Now the deserted road has hotels, a air museum which looks a bit sad so wont be going there, a Grand Canyon airport and the park has visitor centres, a market, geology centre and proper parking and most important good rest rooms much to Jo's relief. Oh and now costs $25 dollars instead of nothingto enter the park.

Yep we have lots more senic shots to show when we are home.
